When opponents of Idaho’s education tax credits speak out, they often rely on familiar talking points such as claims about drained revenues, constitutional violations, or favoritism toward the wealthy. But when pressed with real questions, those arguments begin to unravel.

The following forty questions are not meant to score quick points; they are meant to test whether anti-credit advocates can defend their position with consistency, evidence, and fairness.
