Another Wasted Opportunity

Greetings Liberty Lovers,

I am back with another thrilling tale from the Twin Falls County Republican Central Committee… NOT!  Less than half of the Precinct Committeeman showed up, yet again. There was no old business to discuss.  There was no new business to discuss.  There was nothing to discuss. There was not even a re-cap of the IDGOP Summer Meeting in Pocatello.  It is clear that the TFCRCC Executive Board wants little input from the actual Central Committee that they were elected to serve, as all discussion takes place at their “Meeting Before the Meeting”.

FUN FACT

Out of the sixteen members of the TFCRCC Executive Committee, only 5 of them were elected by the voters to be on our county’s Republican Central Committee. While it is in line with our county bylaws, I don’t think it follows the spirit of what the GOP had in mind when the system was developed. It’s just another way for the elite and the establishment to retain all the power.

PEDDLING HIS WARES

Our speaker for the night was John Kapeleris.  He offered a long, drawn-out and detailed peek into the Republican Party as related to how it developed in the 1600s. Mr. Kapeleris also spoke about the role that James Harrington played and gave an extended, extensive review of the book he recently authored and published.  He also brought a stack of his books, The Cromwellians, to sell at the end of the meeting.  In my opinion, it was not appropriate, nor the best use of our time as a political committee. Others must have thought the same thing, as two PCs got up and left. Sorry, I am not going to name names, as to protect the guilty.

NEW PRECINCT COMMITTEEMAN NEEDED

During the announcements before we adjourned, we learned that Kiel Willmore, Precinct TF5 has moved out of his precinct so he can no longer be a PC.  But since he is remaining in Twin Falls County, he will retain his position as State Youth Committeeman.  According to the TFCRCC chairman, Tom Wangeman, the replacement will be on our September Agenda.

Sad that at least half of the PCs can’t seem to be bothered to show up for meetings. These are “elected” positions, no? Why bother to run for one of these important positions, get elected, and then not show up for the meetings? I don’t see the point…

Also sad was seeing the leftist lunatics protesting Trump at Blue Lakes & Addison recently without a counter protest organized from our side…

Hi Jay,
Sad, indeed, because the inaction keeps the current crop of RINOs running the show and true representation of the voters they are supposed to be serving under-represented, if at all…by design. That’s why we need true patriots to run for precinct committeemen to run for office and run the RINO out. How about you? Please contact me to discuss running. No pressure, I promise. hilbernelson@gmail.com.

Can you list or do you know what’s up for election in these committees? Unfortunately corruption filters down to the smallest town and committee. Sad they can’t even follow their own rules :-!

MVLA is keeping watch of upcoming candidates. We advise signing up for MVLA PAC newsletter by going to their site and seeing who has been officially endorsed. As a political action committee, they cover electioneering efforts of candidates. Would you please consider running for city council, precinct committeemen. health board, or school board? Please contact us to discuss at hilbernelson@gmail.com.
