If Prop 1 passes, it will shift Idaho’s conservative pro-life culture toward a liberal culture of death. It will also normalize pro-abortion and pro-trans healthcare frameworks within Idaho’s medical and educational institutions.
Leading the Prop 1 Charge
Leading the charge to reverse Idaho’s abortion laws is Idaho-based Idahoans United for Women and Families (also associated with United for Yes). Their websites are all about replacing Idaho’s ‘cruel’ abortion laws with–ready for it?–compassion, privacy and families (yep, their words)–except they leave out that Prop 1’s version of compassion allows for abortions up to eight months and destroys parental consent rights.

Idahoans United has raised the bulk of support funds (roughly $1.2 million to $1.67 million as of this writing), mostly from Idaho individuals and foundations. Out-of-state contributions form a smaller share.
The Bill Parks Charitable Foundation — based in Moscow, ID, contributed $200,000.00 to Idahoans United for Women and Families. It just so happens they were big contributors to Idahoans for Open Primaries in 2024.
Out-of-State Organizations
• New Venture Fund — $37,500. Washington, D.C.-based (part of the Arabella Advisors network). It provided a grant of $37,500 (2024 tax period) for civil rights, social action, and advocacy to none other than Idahoans United for Women and Families. This helps explain their snazzy website.
• Western Futures Fund — Sheridan, Wyoming-based. It provided a $60,000 general-purpose grant (2024) to, yep, you guessed it, Idahoans United for Women and Families. Go here to view their leftist grantmaking history.
• Steven C. Leuthold Family Foundation — Based in Brevard, North Carolina. It contributed/granted funds for operations (reported in the $25,000–$45,000 range across filings).
Wow! Who knew that these lefty out-of-state contributors have this much compassion for Idahoan women and families? We’re touched.
Individual Contributors
You might want to be seated before you click on the link below to Idaho Sunshine Report listing individual contributions, in-state and out-of-state to secure ‘reproductive freedom.’ Hint: It’s in the hundreds of thousands of abortion-loving dollars — $1,000 to $100,000. Prepare to gasp…
